Getting help
I cannot log in from the game
Check that your client's server.cfg points at this server's game endpoint. The
portal login and the in-game login use the same account, so a password that works here
should work in the client.
My character is missing from the portal
Characters appear here after the server has saved them. Log into the client, select the character, then reload the characters page.
My mission results are not on the rankings
Only missions that awarded a medal count towards the rankings. Practice runs without a medal are recorded on your character page but do not score.
Something else
Use the form below when the FAQ does not cover it. Include your account name, what you were doing, and what the client showed. Never send your password, payment details, or a private client capture in this form.
